Return Policy

All human hair products purchased by customers CANNOT be returned. If the product does not meet quality standards and or is received with damage, the product CAN be exchanged.

For an exchange to be made, photo/video evidence must be provided by the customer and the product cannot have been worn or used. ALL hair and hair products are photographed prior to being shipped, therefore DHE staff are aware of the conditioning before shipment.

ALL exchanges are to be made within 14 days of purchase or the product is no longer exchangeable.
